We deliver frozen raw dog food throughout New Zealand, making it easy to have quality raw food delivered directly to your home or workplace.
Whether you're ordering our Ready-Made Raw Meals, stocking your freezer with Bulk Raw Dog Food, or choosing individual meats, bones, organs and wild proteins, we offer delivery options across Auckland, the North Island and South Island.
Your frozen raw dog food order is packed in an insulated polystyrene box with ice, helping keep your food cold and frozen while it makes its way to you.
We dispatch frozen raw food orders twice each week, helping minimise time in transit and reducing the chance of your order being held within the courier network over a weekend.
When your order arrives, transfer your raw food to the freezer as soon as possible.
Some softening around the outside of frozen products can occur during transport. If you have any concerns about the condition of your delivery when it arrives, please contact us promptly.
We offer two delivery cycles each week.
Order by Monday 6pm → Delivery Wednesday
Order by Wednesday 6pm → Delivery by Friday
Orders placed after the relevant 6pm cut-off will move to the next available delivery cycle.
Delivery times can occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays or rural delivery schedules.

These rates apply to dry goods orders that do not require frozen shipping. If your order also contains frozen products, the appropriate frozen delivery rate will apply instead.
