Where do you deliver?
We deliver raw pet food via overnight courier Nationwide to any residential, rural or business addresses.
Who do you use for your deliveries?
Nationwide - We use NZ Post overnight service.
Auckland Deliveries - We use NZ Post or Urgent Couriers.
What if my order arrives thawed?
Do not be alarmed, as long as your order arrives chilled it is completely safe to refreeze! Just pop it straight into your freezer on arrival, pets are not like us in this regard and as long as the food is stored and handled correctly it will refreeze perfectly. This can be expected especially over the Summer months, it is a constant battle with heat and humidity, however we are constantly working on the best forms of packaging to keep your food as chilled as possible, especially for those longer distances!
