We’ve answered the questions we get asked most often below.
Frozen orders are packed in insulated packaging with ice to help keep your dog’s food cold during transit.
We dispatch frozen orders nationwide on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with cut-off the night before each dispatch day.
Delivery times vary by location, so rural and South Island deliveries may take longer than major North Island centres.
Yes. We deliver frozen raw dog food across New Zealand.
Some rural or harder-to-reach areas may take longer, but we pack orders carefully to help them stay cold in transit.

It’s normal for some frozen food to soften slightly during transit, particularly around the outside of the pack.
If the food is still cold to the touch, it can usually be placed straight back into the freezer.
If you’re concerned about the condition of your order when it arrives, contact us with photos and we’ll take a look.
