The process to order was very simple. I appreciated that I was able to identify single protein ingredients much more efficiently than at the pet store. The order arrived quickly and was packaged very well. The sizes of the cubes are great for my two small dogs, and it's easy to organise in the fridge/freezer. Plus, defrosting is a breeze.
As for the product, I cannot say enough good things. Our sweet boy has struggled with allergies a couple of years; with sores, itchy paws, medication on top of medication to help him (from the vet), expensive hypoallergenic kibble (also from the vet) which neither of my dogs get excited about. I recently started him on citopoint injections, which is so expensive and only lasts for 4 weeks for him. After four days transitioning to the goat meat, he is free of his allergy symptoms. He even smells back to his old yummy self. His behaviour has changed and he isn't plagued by itchy licky paws and sneezes.

Recently transitioned my dog into a raw diet. He has allergies and after speaking with Zoe the goat mince was recommended. We have had such a smooth transition to the raw diet. My dog loves the goat mince, always smashing his meals and we have had no allergy flare ups.
Even though my cats have been on raw most of there lives, its the goat meat they love the best. My dogs will eats anything I give them. 2 of my mini schnauzers have allergy's, they cant have beef or lamb, so that's why your pet food is so good for a balance diet
